| Each religion has it's own appeal and although I am a Christian a lot of wars have
been started because of misunderstanding and not making allowances for others. Many of my friends are
Wicca which is a religion before Christianity so I suppose it would come under paganism. |
| Paganism is a word which I feel has been abused other the years by Christians mainly
but other religions too. Christianity speaks of an almighty God and a fallen angel, the Devil, who tends to
be portrayed as horned. Wicca has two gods, as everything must balance, a female and a male god with horns.
Notice the similarity? Also paganism means people who live in the country rather than the modern usage -
anything before Christianity including Devil Worship and other coarse religions. Allow me to point out that
Wicca is not Devil Worship (it is the religion portrayed in the film "The Craft" rather accurately although
without the madness!). |
| My family have come from all over the world in their generations and I often would like
to learn about other religions such as Buddhism, Islamic & many others. I have a good opportunity to observe
Islamic as a member of my family follows the religion but otherwise I have to rely on books. |
