Lairs is designed to consolidate all the useful parts of Kyren Web into a single website. This also removes some of the duplicated effort.
Stage 1 : Redesigning The Website
Redesigning the website consisted of identifying the useful and duplicated sections of the website. The neighbourhoods were consolidated into a single page and the picture source moved to the domain.
Stage 2 : Structuring the Website
The structure is designed to have a welcome page including details about the website and three additional sections Website Design Tools, Information and Services. The existing tools are sorted into the three sections with Information containing projects and studies I have undertaken.
Stage 3 : Developing the Website
Further developments include documenting projects I have undertaken, as well as including details of the information I have learnt during my studies. The Picture Source needs completing as well as some other sections of the site.
This latest version of the website focusses on providing lots of content within a standard, template layout. The originality lies in the quality of the information contained within the site and the personal information about the web designer.
A sitemap has been included and the older sections are being brought in line with the rest of the site. The HTML and CSS sections of the website have been validated. Further personal information has been included.
As yet there have been no alterations to the website since it's development.
